By purchasing from XPLOSH, you agree to the following terms. These policies protect our "On-Demand" production model, ensure accuracy, and establish a professional relationship between our brand and our community.
Exclusive Brand Designs, Product Disclosure, & Availability
- Proprietary Art: XPLOSH is a standalone design house. Every article—from our Pop culture hits like Daredevil to our Voice category solidarity pieces—is our original brand design.
- No Custom Work: We do not offer customized printing or third-party design services.
- IP Protection: Unauthorized use or reproduction of our graphics is strictly prohibited.
- Item Availability Disclaimer: There is no guarantee that any specific article will be available at any time.
- Out-of-Season Items: Most "out-of-season" items (for example, jackets and hoodies ordered outside of the winter season) will only be confirmed after the order is placed, dependent on fabric or stock availability.
- Product Representation:
- Color & Print: Colors and print quality may vary slightly due to different display settings (monitors/screens) and the nature of the fabric material.
- Variations: XPLOSH is not responsible for minor variations in color, size, or print placement that result from standard manufacturing constraints.
Accuracy of Customer Information & Contact Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and verifiable. You must provide a proper, complete address, including house number, street number, shop number, town, city, and district.
- WhatsApp Contact Policy:
- You must provide a correct and active WhatsApp mobile number.
- Phone numbers without WhatsApp are difficult to reach and may delay your order processing.
- Providing this number facilitates the necessary order confirmation process (see Section 5).
- XPLOSH Responsibility Disclaimer: XPLOSH is not responsible for the non-delivery of any order that contains an incomplete address, an incorrect mobile number, or a number that cannot be reached via WhatsApp.
On-Demand Production, Pricing, & Payments
- Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods, including bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and NayaPay.
- Online Payment Incentive: Payments made through online means will receive an additional 10% extra discount.
- Payment Gateway Disclaimer: XPLOSH is not responsible for payment failures due to issues or errors with third-party payment gateways.
"The Trust Process" (COD) & Mandatory Inspection
Because we value quality and exclusivity, every article is prepared specifically upon your order request.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD based on a mutual "Trust Process." We ship the article, and you provide payment to the courier upon delivery.
- Mandatory Open Parcel Policy (Transparency Guarantee):
- XPLOSH permits and encourages all customers to open their parcels upon receiving them to check the contents before final payment or acceptance.
- If a courier person attempts to prevent you from inspecting the item, you are confidently authorized to inform them that it is written explicitly on the package that inspection is allowed.
- Alternatively, you can call us immediately on our WhatsApp number for assistance.
- This option is provided for your convenience, to build trust, and to demonstrate that XPLOSH is a legitimate brand, not a fraudulent entity.
- Bulk Order Requirement: For any order containing more than three (3) t-shirts/articles, the customer must pay 50% of the total order value in advance through our online payment methods.
- Alternative Split Order: If the customer refuses the advance payment, XPLOSH will proceed with a maximum of three (3) articles on COD. Once that parcel is accepted and paid for, we can proceed with a subsequent order for the remaining articles.
- Broken Trust Policy: If you refuse a parcel at the doorstep after inspecting it (outside of genuine defects), or cancel an order after it has been confirmed and prepared, that trust is considered broken.
- Consequences: Any customer who breaks this trust will be permanently ineligible for COD. Future orders will only be accepted via advance online payment.
Mandatory Confirmation, Holding, and Delivery Timeline
- Step 1: The Confirmation & Immediate Shipping Process (1–2 Days):
- After customers place their orders, our representative will reach out to customers in 1 to 2 days for confirmation of your order, primarily via WhatsApp or Call.
- Please provide your WhatsApp number so we can confirm your order via WhatsApp. Phone numbers without WhatsApp are difficult to reach and may result in delays or cancellation.
- If a customer failed to confirm their orders within 15 days, your order will be cancelled.
- As soon as a customer confirms their order, their parcels will be shipped as fast.
- Step 2: Concurrent/Sequential Orders Policy:
- If you place two separate orders on separate times and dates, the second order will not proceed if the first order has already been dispatched.
- XPLOSH will hold the second order until the first order has been successfully delivered.
- Once delivery of the first order is confirmed, the processing and fulfillment of the second order will resume.
- Step 3: Process & Hold Upon Customer Request:
- Shipping (General): Standard shipping occurs immediately after the confirmation and sequential requirements referenced above.
- Hold Request: If you request us to hold your already confirmed order, we will hold it for a maximum of 15 days.
- Pickup: In the case of order pickup, you must pick up your parcel within 15 days after our representative informs you that it is ready.
- Hold/Pickup Cancellation Policy: In both holding and pickup scenarios, if the order is not received or picked up within the specific 15-day hold period, your order will be cancelled.
- Step 4: Delivery Timeline & Timing Control: After initial processing and confirmation, standard delivery typically takes 4–6 working days.
- Urgent/Express Delivery: If a customer requires an urgent delivery within 2 to 3 working days:
a. He/she must pay an extra shipping amount which depends upon the specific parcel.
b. Payment must be made in advance via online payment methods.
c. XPLOSH does not facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) for express deliveries.
2. Timing Control Disclaimer: The timing of delivery is totally dependent on the courier service. XPLOSH does not control the specific time or day of parcel delivery upon a customer's request.
Logistics & Liability (Shipping Disclaimer)
- Courier Responsibility: Once a parcel is handed over to our courier partners, XPLOSH is no longer responsible for transit delays.
- Risk of Loss: XPLOSH is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- External Delays (Force Majeure): Please note that delivery timelines may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including holidays, natural events (e.g., heavy rain, especially Karachi rain, floods, earthquakes), or public disruptions (strikes, protests, unpredictable law and order situations).
Professional Communication & Support
To ensure your issues are resolved quickly and privately, we maintain a strict communication protocol:
- Official Channels: For any order issues, size exchanges, or complaints, you must reach out to us directly via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DM.
- Ad Comment Policy: Do not post issues or order queries in the comment sections of our ads.
- The Penalty: Customers who post complaints on ads instead of using direct channels will not be facilitated. Such actions result in an immediate and permanent ban from our pages. Your issue will not be addressed, and you will be blacklisted from future orders.
Returns & Exchanges (Defects, Size Issues, and Change of Mind)
- 7-Day Policy Window: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of the parcel being delivered. After this 7-day window, XPLOSH will not be liable to facilitate any returns or exchanges.
- Item Condition: In all cases of returns or exchanges, items must be unwashed, unworn, properly packed, and have all original XPLOSH tags attached.
- Defects / Mistake by XPLOSH: If a customer receives a damaged item, or the incorrect size/article compared to what they originally ordered, XPLOSH will provide a free-of-cost exchange.
- Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer (Size Exchange): If a customer orders the incorrect size and wishes to exchange it, a delivery charge (DC) of PKR 300 will be charged for the replacement.
- Change of Mind (Didn't Like the Article - After Inspection):
- Return for Refund:
a. If you receive the parcel, exercise your right to inspect it (see Section 4), and decide you do not like the article and want to return it:
b. You must properly pack the article and contact us via WhatsApp regarding your decision.
c. If our representative cannot resolve your concerns and you still wish to return it, XPLOSH will arrange a courier pickup from your address. You must ensure the article is packed and ready for the rider.
d. Delivery charges for returning the item are the customer's responsibility. These will be communicated by our representative and deducted from the final refund.
e. Once we receive the parcel and it is approved by our Quality Assurance (QA) team, your refund will be processed within seven (7) working days, via an online payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.).
2. Exchange for Different Article:
a. If you receive the parcel, exercise your right to inspect it (see Section 4), and decide you do not like the article and want to exchange it for a different design:
b. You must properly pack the article and contact us via WhatsApp regarding your decision.
c. We will arrange for a courier representative to visit your address specifically to collect and pick up your older parcel.
d. Once the pickup is scheduled/confirmed, a separate courier representative will arrive to deliver your new replacement article.
e. One side delivery charges for this exchange are the customer's responsibility.
General Terms & Governing Law
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Right to Refuse Service: XPLOSH reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms and conditions.
- Updates to Terms: XPLOSH reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
