International Shipping

Xplosh ships worldwide, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations applicable in their country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Due to the nature of customized products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items unless they are defective.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@xplosh.com with images of the issue.
  • Once approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items
